Our help desk technicians will respond to any of your software, hardware or network issues. Effective November 3, 2006: technical support services are billed at $150.00 per hour for all new clients once an engagement letter has been received and accepted. Travel costs for on-site appointments may be incurred and determined upon scheduling an appointment.
